The success of the application was such that a bottleneck was created: the configuration of the new renewable energy parks took too much time which was hampering the growth of the business unit’s sales
NEEDS
Two options were on the table:
- Increase the operational team responsible for the configuration
- Find a software solution to speed up this configuration
SOLUTIONS
Freemind was contacted: we proposed and delivered a new application (SynaptiQ Configurator) which could even be pushed towards the customers of 3E so that they can configure themselves the parks.
Reduction of operational costs: configuration went faster and was pushed to their customers resulting in a strong reduction of operational costs
Improved quality: thanks to the built in controls, manual errors/inconsistencies were avoided.
