Example: Proximus had 2 distinct monitoring platforms and wanted to simplify them. Freemind was contracted to replace one of these platforms. The Freemind engineers analyzed the functionality implemented in that platform and introduced the same functionality in the other platform.

SOLUTIONS

• Simplification: For 2 distinct systems, only 1 remained.
• Reduction of OPEX: Maintenance contract could be stopped, separate servers could be stopped, …
